Coney Island Museum
2:00-3:30 pm: Tour of museum with Lisa Mangels-Schaefer, museum curator and great-granddaughter of W.F. Mangels
Note: While the museum is closed to the public on the day of our visit, we have arranged for the gift shop to be open just for us. The gift shop sells unique Coney Island souvenirs, books, and apparel. While the Freak Show is also closed, entertainer Adam Realman will provide us with a special performance during our visit.

Coney Island History Project
3:30-4:30 pm: Exhibit and Coney Island tour and chat with Charles Denson, author of Coney Island: Lost and Found, Coney Island's Wonder Wheel Park, Coney Island and Astroland, and Wild Ride.

4:30-10:00 pm: Enjoy the rides of Luna Park and Deno’s Wonder Wheel Park. Your Luna Park wristband includes unlimited park rides except B&B Carousel and Sling Shot (one ride on each). Go-karts and Zenobio are upcharge attractions. Deno’s Wonder Wheel pass includes unlimited rides on all park rides.

Fantasy Forest Amusement Park at the Flushing Meadows Carousel
Located on the site of two former New York World”s Fairs, the carousel is the combination of two Coney Island machines that were joined together for the 1964-1965 fair. The Corona Cobra Coaster is a kiddie coaster added in 2013.

Forest Park Carousel
One of only two known operating Daniel Muller carousels, this carousel was built 1903-1909.

Seaglass Carousel in Battery Park
A unique carousel featuring no center pole and 30 fiberglass fish, paying homage to the first home of the New York Aquarium.

Pier 62 Carousel
Built by Carousel Works and paying homage to the New York Harbor, this wooden carousel opened in 2010.
